সুপ্রিয় শ্রোতা

ই-বাংলাদেশ ব্লগ ভিউজে আপনাদের স্বাগতম। গতবারের মতো এবারও ব্লগ ভিউজ আপনাদের সামনে নিয়ে এসেছে আন্তর্জালের বাংলা ব্লগের বিভিন্ন খবরাখবর। প্রথমেই শুরু করছি একটি সুখবর দিয়ে।

আন্তর্জালে অন্তরবাদ্যি বাজাতে আমারব্লগ.কম নামে চালু হতে যাচ্ছে আরেকটি বাংলা ব্লগ। যেখানে রক্তচক্ষু নেই, ভ্রুকুটি নেই, নেই কণ্ঠরোধের হুইসেল বাজানো দারোয়ান। আমারব্লগে কথা হবে ইচ্ছেমতো। কোনো কাজেই কর্তৃপ এখানে ইগো নিয়ে বাধা সৃষ্টি করবে না। এই ব্লগ নির্মাণের পেছনে যারা জ্বালানি সরবরাহ করছেন, তারা জানিয়েছেন সম্পূর্ণ মডারেশনমুক্ত একটি বাংলা ব্লগ হতে যাচ্ছে আমারব্লগ। যে কোনো ইস্যুতে প্রথমেই তারা ব্লগারদের অভিমত জানতে চাইবে। অর্থাৎ ব্লগারদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী আমারব্লগ চলবে। বর্তমানে সাইটটির নির্মাণ কাজ চলছে। ইতিমধ্যে আন্তর্জালের অন্যান্য ব্লগারদের অধিকাংশই আমারব্লগে তাদের নিক রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেছেন। সবার পরামর্শ ও সহযোগিতায় অচিরেই আমারব্লগ.কম তাদের অফিশিয়ালি উদ্বোধনের ঘোষণা দেবে বলে জানা গেছে।

এবার আসা যাক বাংলা ব্লগিংয়ের পথিকৃৎ সামহোয়ারইনব্লগে। গত সপ্তাহে সবচেয়ে বেশি পোস্ট হয়েছে বৈশাখ সংক্রান্ত। ব্লগাররা পরষ্পরকে নববর্ষের শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়েছেন। এছাড়া বাড়তি পাওনা হিসেবে ব্লগের জনপ্রিয় সংগঠন এটিম পূর্ব ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী তাদের প্রথম ইবুক মুক্তলেখা প্রকাশ করে বৈশাখের প্রথম দিনে। মোট ৯৩ জন ব্লগারের লেখা এই ইবুকে সংকলিত হয়েছে। এটিমের পে ইবুকটির সম্পাদনায় ছিলেন হাসিব মাহমুদ। ইবুকটি ব্লগে বেশ জনপ্রিয় হয়েছে। অন্যান্য পোস্টগুলোর মধ্যে জনপ্রিয় ব্লগার এবং উইকিপিডিয়ার প্রশাসক রাগিবের পত্রিকার ইন্টারভিউ সংক্রান্ত একটি পোস্ট দিয়েছেন ব্লগার একরামুল হক শামীম। পত্রিকায় দেয়া রাগিবের ইন্টারভিউ মিস করে থাকলে শামীমের পোস্ট গিয়ে পড়ে আসতে পারেন। সেখানে উইকিপিডিয়া নিয়ে তার নিজের কথাগুলো তুলে ধরেছেন রাগিব। ব্লগার ইশিতা ’শয়তান এবং জামাত-শিবিরের মধ্যে কোনো পার্থক্য আছে কিনা? শিরোনামে একটি পোস্ট দেন। ইরান ও ইসরাইল সংক্রান্ত দুইটি পোস্ট দেন ব্লগার জাগারণ। চলচ্চিত্র রোমান হলিডের চমৎকার চিত্রসমালোচনা লেখেন ব্লগার নতুন পৃথিবী। এতে ছবিটি সম্পর্কে নানা অজানা তথ্য উঠে এসেছে। পোস্টে বিখ্যাত এই ছবিটির চারটি পোস্টার রয়েছে। চলচ্চিত্র আগ্রহীরা দেখে আসতে পারেন।

The Fundamentalist Mullahs running havoc in Bangladesh for last couple of days turned to a new strategy to continue the anarchy. On Friday they had sent a press note to the media claiming three of their members were dead. Since the claim was overlooked, they again started threatening the journalists over phone on Saturday noon.

The claim was phony indeed. When the undersigned of the Press note Kaji Azizul Haq was contacted he demanded the police took away all the dead bodies to unknown destinations. When said that there was no record of anybody dying in the hospital, he reacted furiously and said, “When you seculars die the whole country mourns, and when a mullah dies its the other way around.”

The Commissioner  of DMP Naeem Ahmed denied any such incident saying that it was impossible to do so, because the media and reporters surrounding the premise was large in number and the police was cautious in their action.

The same fundamentalist used the rumor in Hathazari on Saturday claiming that a madrasha student died and they attacked the local police station.

At least 50 people, including five police personnel, were injured as madrassah students attacked the Hathazari police station in Chittagong in a repercussion to police-mullahs riot in Dhaka.  

The students of Darul Ulum Muinul Islam Madrassah, much known as Hathazari bara madrassah, also torched three motorbikes, two cars alongside conducting massive vandalism inside the police station. 

Several hundred students of the madrassah swooped on the police station at around 6:30pm on rumour that one madrassah student was killed in police attack at Baitul Mukarram mosque in Dhaka. 

Witnesses said the madrassah students, equipped with truncheons and iron roads, swooped on the police station suddenly and started vandalizing doors and windowpanes. 

They damaged three motorbikes, two cars of the police station and left five policemen and the imam of the police station mosque injured, said Mohammed Alamgir, the Hathazari police chief. 

Contingents of police deployed at the Chittagong University were called in and they dispersed the attackers lobbing teargas shells. 

The madrassah students took to the street and vandalized several vehicles after the incident,’ he said adding that a huge contingent of additional police and RAB members had drove them out at around 8:00pm. 

The injured policemen, identified as sub-inspector Mizanur Rahman, constables Abdul Hoque, Bahar Uddin, Mostofa and Hamid, were receiving treatment at the police hospital. 

At least 25 madrassah students have also sustained injuries during the incident and four of them were identified as Mafizur Rahman, Nazim Uddin, Hifatullah and Abdur Rahim. The rests could not be unidentified immediately. 

The deputy inspector general of police, AKM Shahidul Hoque, rushed to the spot soon after the incident and was holding a meeting with the madrassah teachers.

More than 150 people, including journalists, police and pedestrians were injured in the city on Friday as ultra-Islamists groups locked in sporadic clashes with the police, turning the Paltan area from the north gate of Baitul Mokarram to its south gate into a battlefield for more than three hours.
 
The agitating bigots also snatched away a loaded shotgun from a police Habildar from the south gate of the mosque during the three-hour riots.
 
Witnesses said the clash erupted when several hundreds of Islamist activists of Islami Ain Bastabayan Committee led by Fazlul Haque Amini, Chhatra Jamiat Bangladesh led by Maolana Muhiuddin Khan and Ahkame Sariah Hefajat Committee led by led by former Jamaat-e-Islami lawmaker Delawar Hossain Saydee and publicity secretary of the same party Taslim Ahmed under the banner of  Anti-Quran Law Resistance Committee attempted to bring out a procession immediately after the Juma prayer at around 1:40pm against the recently announced National Women Development Policy amid tight security.
 
As police tried to resist the activists to bring out procession, the angry activists locked clashes with police indiscriminately pelting brickbats and stones on them from the North gate of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque.
 
The laws enforcers charged batons, teargas canisters and rubber bullets to disperse the radical activists triggering rioting clashes, which spread at the Dainik Bangla Crossing, Paltan Crossing, North and South Gates of the national mosque and the all adjacent alleys.
 
The protestors divided in several groups took shelter at GPO alley hurled stones and brickbats while another group in front of the north gate continued chased and counter-chased each other during the three hours clash.
 
At one stage, the furious activists set ablaze at some old clothes and carpets collecting from different shops and took control of Paltan crossing to Dainik Bangla crossing. A group of protestors at south gate of the mosque swooped on police Habildar Riyad and snatched away his loaded shotgun.
 
Huge contingent of police from Rajarbagh Police Line rushed to the scene and swung into action clubbing the protestors and repeatedly charging rubber bullets and teargas canisters a bid to take the situation under control.
 
More than 10 journalists of different printing and electronic media, 40 policemen and 60 activists and pedestrian sustained critical injuries during the three hour’s long rioting clashes.
The police reinforcements by using a water canon and a riot arrived at the spot at around 2:55pm to bring the situation under control but most of the activists took shelter inside the mosque but police managed to arrested two severely injured activists from the scene.

All kinds of traffic movements were suspended on the busy Paltan road and adjacent area till 5:00pm 
A high official of police preferring anonymity told New Age, ‘The police charged 312 teargas canisters, 243 rounds rubber bullet to bring the situation under control.’
 
‘Police arrested 10 activists from the scene while 52 policemen from different ranks sustained critical injuries during the clash,’ he added.
 
Deputy Commissioner of Motijheel Zone, Mazharul Islam told newsmen, ‘Police managed to recovered snatched shotgun at around 4:45pm in front of the south gate of the mosque.
 
The injured were admitted at Markajul Islam Hospital, Dhaka Orthopaedics Hospital and Dhaka Medical College Hospital while the injure policemen were admitted at Rajarbagh Police Line Hospital.
 
The duty officer of the Paltan police station said that ‘We are preparing to file cases against the Islamist activists.’
 
Meanwhile, the Islamic Ain Bastabain Committee amir Fazlul Haque Amini demanded resignation of women affair adviser Rasheda K Chowdhury for formulating ant-Quran rule in the name of women development policy.
 
The government must withdraw the anti-Quran sections from the policy, without which we will continue the protests Amini said at a press briefing at Modina office in Noakhali Tower.
 
Amini who also Chairman of  Islami Oikya Jote  said the police had attacked them without provocation.

He claimed that more than 100 workers of the Islamist outfit had been injured in the clashes.

‘We called a rally to drum up support for the anti-Quran rule, but the government is not fulfilling our demand,’ he added.

Amini threatened that the ‘fire ignited Friday would spread to every corner of the country’.

Asked about mosaic stones taken off the mosque’s wall, Amini said he was not aware of it.

Horse carts with tire wheels are the only vehicles used as means of transportation here because the tracks on the sand-bed adjacent to River Jamuna are not fit for any other vehicle to ply. Bogra, Bangladesh. April 11 2008.

In answer to a writ petition filed by BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia regarding the validity of the Election Commission’s invitation to talks on electoral reform, The High Court gave a ruling that the letter to the BNP Acting Secretary General Hafizuddin Ahmed was legal. The High Court dismissed Khaleda Zia’s writ petition challenging the validity of the Election Commission’s invitation and ruled that initiating M Hafiz Uddin Ahmed was legal.

The High Court bench comprising two judges, Mirza Hossain Haider and Mamnun Rahman, handed down the verdict Thursday, in favour of the invitation to the party’s government-backed splinter faction led by acting chairperson M Saifur Rahman and M Hafiz Uddin Ahmed.

The Election Commission could not finalise the electoral reforms laws after its planned dialogue with the BNP stalled.

The commission was scheduled to publish a gazette notification on the electoral reforms laws in March, following dialogues with the major political parties in September, October and November, as per its roadmap declared on July 15, 2007.

After the first round of talks with 15 political parties the commission wrapped up the second round of talks in February, excluding BNP in both rounds due to the legal wrangle over the EC’s invitation.

The commission would hold its dialogue with the BNP, accepting the court verdict, and would not file any further appeal regarding which faction the verdict favours, the CEC said.

Thursday’s High Court verdict dismissing Khaleda’s petition has deprived the BNP of a fair deal, Khandakar Delwar Hossain told reporters after the ruling.

‘The High Court verdict denied the mainstream BNP justice,’ BNP’s said the party secretary general.

‘As Khaleda herself had filed the writ petition, the next steps in this regard will have to be taken after consultation with lawyers,’ Delwar said.

He called upon the party leaders and activists to forge a strong leadership network under BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.

He said conspirators have been active against BNP and the country — what has happened so far is only a part of those conspiratorial machinations.

The press briefing was also attended by BNP acting office secretary Rizvi Ahmed and former lawmaker Selim Reza Habib, among others. 

And the government-backed faction’s acting secretary general Hafiz Uddin was happy at the High Court verdit.

‘We have got justice,’ Hafiz said in exclamation and adding that BNP will be run by Khaleda Zia.

‘We want to sit for dialogue with the Election Commission with a united BNP delegation after consulting with senior leaders including Khandaker Delwar Hossain and ASM Hannan Shah,’ Hafiz said.

প্রথমেই আসছি সামহোয়ার ইন ব্লগের খবর নিয়ে। অবশেষে আনব্যান হলেন জনপ্রিয় ব্লগার এস্কিমো এবং রাশেদ। তাদের ব্যানের ফলে ব্লগ ছিল বেশ নাজুক অবস্থায়। মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অবমাননা করে কিছু ব্লগারদের দেয়া পোস্টের প্রতিবাদ করতে গিয়ে জনপ্রিয় দুই ব্লগার এস্কিমো এবং রাশেদকে ১০ দিনের জন্য ব্যান করে দেয় সামহোয়ার কর্তৃপক্ষ। এ প্রতিবাদে সাধারণ ব্লগাররা তাদের আনব্যান না করা পর্যন্ত লগআউট কর্মসূচি পালন করেছিল। কর্তৃপক্ষের মতে, ব্লগার রাশেদ এবং এস্কিমো তাদের স্টিকি করা দুইটি পোস্টের কন্টেন্ট পরিবর্তন করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে অপব্যবহার করেছেন। ব্লগ ভিউজের পক্ষ থেকে রাশেদ ও এস্কিমোর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ হলে তারা জানান, স্বাধীনতাবিরোধী ব্লগারদের দেয়া মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অবমাননাকারি পোস্টগুলো সম্পর্কে কর্তৃপক্ষকে অনেক আগে থেকেই অবহিত করা স্বত্ত্বেও সে ব্যাপারে কোনো পদক্ষেপ না নেয়ায় তারা তাদের মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ক স্টিকিপোস্টগুলোর বিষয় পরিবর্তন করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে সজাগ করার চেষ্টা করেছেন। তাদের ব্যান হওয়ার পর সাধারণ ব্লগাররা জনপ্রিয় এই দুই ব্লগারের আনব্যানের দাবিতে পোস্ট দিতে থাকলে সামহোয়ার কর্তৃপক্ষ তাদের পোস্টগুলো মুছে দেয়। সাধারণ ব্লগাররা সামহোয়ারইন কর্তৃপক্ষের এ আচরণকে একটি ইগো সমস্যা বলে চিহ্নিত করে। অবশেষে ব্লগার এস্কিমো ও রাশেদের আনব্যানে ব্লগাররা খুশি হয়েছেন।

আনব্যান হবার পরেই সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ জানিয়ে রাশেদ একটি পোস্ট দেন। এছাড়াও একটি ইবুক প্রকাশনার কাজে হাত দিয়েছেন উনি। বৈশাখী সংকলন হিসেবে ইবুকে স্থান পাচ্ছে সামহোয়ারের ব্লগারদের কিছু নির্বাচিত পোস্ট। ব্লগারদের অনুমতি নিয়ে প্রকাশিত এই ই-বুকের পিডিএফটি ইস্নিপ্সে আপলোড করা হতে পারে বলে জানা গেছে।

এছাড়া রয়েছে মৃদুল মাহবুবের তার পোস্টে আলোচনা করেছেন আহমদ মোস্তাফা কামালের ছোটগল্প নিয়ে। গত সপ্তাহে ব্লগার রাগিব একটি চমৎকার পোস্ট দেন। জনস্বার্থের নামে মেয়াদ বৃদ্ধি … অন্তরালে কি হয় শিরোনামে জামাল ভাষ্কর লিখেছেন একটি পোস্ট। এতে বাংলাদেশের সেনাপ্রধান মইন ইউ আহমেদের চাকুরির মেয়াদ বৃদিধ ও তাতে সাধারণ জনগণের ভাবনা উঠে এসেছে। আর গত সপ্তাহের গোড়ার দিকে রাগিব পোস্ট দিয়েছেন নমস্য ইউজার - গুগল ইয়াহু। আন্তর্জালের দূরদর্শিতা শিরোনামে একটি পোস্ট। এতে উঠে এসেছে আন্তর্জালের ইউজারদের ক্ষমতা সম্পর্কে। পোস্টে তিনি ইঙ্গিত করেছেন ইউজারদের পছন্দের প্রতি ওয়েবসাইট কর্তাদের মনোযোগের বিষয়টি।

যথারীতি ধর্মীয় পোস্ট ছিল গত সপ্তাহে সামহোয়ারের স্বাভাবকি দৃশ্য। আল্লাহ পরিচিতি, ইমাম খোমেনী (রহঃ)-এর দৃষ্টিতে ফিলিস্তিন, আজ আপনি নামাজ পড়েছেন তো? মুসলিম ভাইয়েরা প্রতিদিন একটি সূরা পড়ি, ইসলামিক প্রশ্ন ইত্যাদি।

এদিকে সচলায়তনে চলছে অণুগল্পের জোয়ার। সবাই লিখে চলছেন বিভিন্ন রকমের অণুগল্প। আগামী ১৪ এপ্রিল পহেলা বৈশাখে সচলায়তন প্রকাশ করতে যাচ্ছে অণুগল্প সংকলন। এর প্রকাশক হলেন সচল অমিত আহমেদ, সম্পাদনায় পর্ষদে রয়েছেন সচল আনোয়ার সাদাত শিমুল এবং কনফুসিয়াস। সচল মুহাম্মম জুবায়ের লিখছেন তার সাম্প্রতিক উপন্যাস ’যদি সে না ভালো বাসে’। এপর্যন্ত তিনি ৬টি পর্ব লিখেছেন। একাত্তরের যুদ্ধাপরাধ, মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধ ও গণহত্যা সংশ্লিষ্ট ১৫৯৭ জন অপরাধীর তালিকা তুলে ধরেছেন সচল নুরুজ্জামান মানিক। এতে জেলাওয়ারি রাজাকারদের তালিকা ছাড়াও জামাতের নেতৃস্থানীয়দের যুদ্ধাসময়ের বিভিন্ন কর্মকান্ডও তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। সচলায়তনে বিভিন্ন কবিতা ছাড়াও এ সপ্তাহে পোস্ট এসেছে বিভিন্ন কবিতা, রম্য রচনা এবং স্মৃতিচারণ মূলক লেখা।

মুক্তমনায় লেখা আহবান করা হয়েছেন, বিজ্ঞান ও ধর্ম - সংঘাত নাকি সমন্বয়? প্রকাশিতব্য এই সংকলনের জন্য। এছাড়াও পড়তে পারেন আবুল হোসেন খোকনের যুদ্ধাপরাধীদের গোড়ার কথা। পরশপাথর লিখেছেন নোয়াখালী : কল্পলোকের গল্পকথার ৭ম পর্বটি। বাংলাদেশরে টেলিযোগাযোগ ও টেলিটক শিরোনামে নীলকণ্ঠ বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন টেলিকম্পানি ও টেলিযোগাযোগে সরকারের ভাবনা তুলে ধরেছেন। প্রচলিত কুসংস্কারগুলো নিয়ে অস্ট্রেলিয়া থেকে একটি লেখা লিখেছেন প্রদীপ দেব। মানুষের মাঝে চলমান কুসংস্কারগুলোর ও ভ্রান্তিগুলো উঠে এসেছে তার এ লেখায়।

সুপ্রিয় শ্রোতা এবার আপনাদের নিয়ে যাচ্ছি দৃষ্টিপাতের বাংলা ব্লগে। নতুন এই বাংলা ব্লগে লেখালেখির পরিমাণ কম হলে ও এর লেখকলিস্ট বেশ সমৃদ্ধ। দৃষ্টিপাতের বাংলা ব্লগে কারা লিখছেন শিরোনামে দেখতে পাওয়া যায় আনিসুল হক, ইন্দ্রজিত, সুলতানা কামাল, আসিফ সালেহ, তীরন্দাজ, তানভীর ইসলাম, রাগিব এবং শামীম আজাদের নাম। উল্লেখযোগ্য পোস্টগুলো হচ্ছে ব্লগার জ্যোতির মুক্তিযুদ্ধ ও চলচ্চিত্র, আসিল সালেহ-র গণআদালত, ষোলো বছর পরে। আনিসুল হকের গদ্যকার্টুন, সুবিনয় মুস্তফির মিশরের রুটি এবং তানভীর ইসলামে ঢাকার নগর পরিকল্পনা সমস্যা ও সম্ভাবনা পর্ব ২।

কিন্তু আমাদের কথা হতে হবে ইচ্ছেমতো।
আলোচনা, তর্ক, বিতর্ক কিংবা গালাগালি
বাধা কিংবা সমর্থন - কোনোটাতেই থাকবে না কর্তৃপক্ষ

সুপ্রিয় শ্রোতাবন্ধু। তেমনই একটি কর্তৃপক্ষবিহিন ব্লগ শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে অচিরেই। আগামী ব্লগভিউজে আপনাদের জানাতে পারব সেই সুখবর। তখনকার মতো আজ এখানেই বিদায় নিচ্ছি। ভালো থাকবেন, হ্যাপি ব্লগিং।
