I have been given a ID card but fathers name and mothers name is spelled wrongly. My photo also hazy and cannot recognize my face.

I’m Adnan Rishad Chowdhury living in 87/I,Azimpur Colony. I’m just 18years old with the certificate’s age. That’s i why did perform the necessary steps to get the National ID card. While i was alone & doing for the first time,i made a mistake,when i went to center Azimpur Girls School to take my photo,they didn’t give any paper or for the proof that i did my all the required tasks.
Therefore,i request you to give me some suggestions or appropriate solution to what to do with this kind of circumstance.
