Who cares about application? Applications does not come for free.

The fact is EU is mainly designed to work within its member countries and its main objectives are to enhance economic growth n other marco economic objectives that the member countries would have achieved years later if it would have not been in a leauge.

So, you see it indirectly competes against United States', British, Russian and Chinese Economy. So the first reason they go for such lousy resolutions to create a sense within the developing countries they are well active.

I remembe during mid-90s US Trade Shows were much like a mainstream economic event that took place in Dhaka. Now 10 years later, people do not really desire to visit those US Trade Shows compared with Taiwan's or Chinese Shows. The fact is power and domination brings business too.

The other reason is they always want to stay active within their own organization. EU is not like Rajuk or Dhaka City Corporation office that has offices coming to offices, feeling bossy at 10am and check out in 4pm or so. As all this EU human rights watch must stay active, they just pretend to do some essay practice or a day!

Things have been this way for some time. What I do not like is that organizations like the EU are good at making resolutions and all, but do not take steps to ensure their applications.
